Wedding Locations
Lay the foundation for a beautiful and memorable wedding – starting with the location. Surround yourself with dramatic bay and harbor views. Dance under a pavilion decked out in twinkling lights. Reserve one of our elegant reception rooms to celebrate this momentous occasion.
All rooms have individual controls for heat / AC, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, special lighting effects and 110 volt and 220 volt single phase electricity.
Grand Ballroom
With 11 foot ceilings and four separate salons totaling 8,000 square feet, this room lives up to its name. The ballroom is free of pillars, so guests will have a clear view of you cutting the cake, throwing the bouquet or tossing the garter. When combined, these spaces can host a banquet for 530 or a cocktail reception for 1,000 guests. The ballroom has a foyer area – ideal for greeting guests or lining up the wedding party for their introductions.
Brenton Hall
Like the Grand Ballroom and Rose Island, Brenton Hall was renovated in 2008. It is adjacent to the Grand Ballroom. There are no pillars – allowing guests to comfortably mingle, dance or participate in the day's events. Totaling 4,500 square feet, this venue is quite spacious. Invite 400 family and friends to witness your nuptials, theatre-style. Then go through the solid wood doors, separating Brenton Hall and the Grand Ballroom, for your sit-down dinner. Set up the room in a u-shape for a pre-nuptial luncheon with 60 guests.
Vanderbilt / Morgan / Astor / Commodore Perry
Not everyone wishes for a large, lavish wedding. For those who prefer a more low-key, intimate affair, we offer these salons. Iron out the final details of your day with the bridal party of 16 in Morgan. Surprise the bride with a shower of 45 guests in Vanderbilt. At 480 square feet, Commodore Perry can accommodate 30 guests as you renew your vows. Gather 20 out-of-town guests in Astor for wine, cheese and hospitality the night before the wedding.
Rose Island
Cheerful plaid curtains, 13 foot ceilings and French doors overlooking Narragansett Bay are featured in this classically elegant space. Your banquet or reception in this area – which is pillarless - is sure to encourage mingling among your guests. Combine Rose Island I and II, 4,018 square feet total, for a spectacular feast with 220 guests. Set up place cards, a guest book or favors in the Rose Island Foyer. Saunter out onto the adjoining deck for photo opportunities, a quiet moment or a view of the sun setting over the water.
Heritage
At 1,170 square feet, Heritage is tucked in a quiet corner and affords a variety of options. Honor your parents' 25 years of marriage with a cocktail party for 100. Arrange for the bride and groom’s families to get to know each better with a dinner for 28.
Aquidneck / Jamestown / Narragansett / Newport
Located on the main lobby level, these salons range in size from 322 to 1,250-square-feet. Socialize with 150 guests during your cocktail hour in Newport. Meet up with 20 guests at a post-wedding brunch in Narragansett. Recall your wedding 50 years ago at a banquet in Aquidneck. Reserve Jamestown for a low-key bachelor dinner with 12 of your closest friends.
Pavilion
For a quintessential seaside wedding, look no further than our Pavilion. This exquisite outdoor space has a covered deck overlooking stunning views of the Rose Island Lighthouse and Newport Bridge. Design a nautical-themed banquet for 260. Feel the balmy bay breezes during a cocktail party for 300.

North / South Lawns
